I subscribed but premium isn’t unlocked. Open Settings inside the app and tap “Restore Purchases”. If that doesn’t help, email us with the Apple ID region you purchased from and roughly when.
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancel from your device: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Serena. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
I reinstalled the app and my history is gone. Urge logs, check-ins and scans are stored on your device only, so reinstalling clears them. Your subscription can be restored with “Restore Purchases”.
How do I delete all my data? Settings → Erase All Data removes everything immediately, and stops further analytics being collected. To have analytics we already collected deleted too, email us.
Can I opt out of analytics? Yes. Email us and we’ll exclude you entirely. See the privacy policy for what is collected and why.
