I subscribed but premium isn’t unlocked. Open Settings inside the app and tap “Restore Purchases”. If that doesn’t help, email us with the store you purchased from (App Store or Google Play), the region, and roughly when.
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel with them — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Serena. On Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Serena.
I reinstalled the app and my history is gone. Urge logs, check-ins and scans are stored on your device only, so reinstalling clears them. Your subscription can be restored with “Restore Purchases”.
How do I delete all my data? Settings → Erase All Data removes everything immediately, and stops further analytics being collected. To have analytics we already collected deleted too, email us.
Can I opt out of analytics? Yes. Email us and we’ll exclude you entirely. See the privacy policy for what is collected and why.
